That’s right folks! Rage Valley is finally out! (after a huge, huge delay).
The EP was already leaked on YouTube but nothing beats the official mixes.
Is there something to comment? Well, I got to say. This is the new Knife Party.
I didn’t expect them to change their style so much from one album to another, but hey. It happened.
The EP contains four tracks, each of them rated by our collaborator
Bololoi:
1. Rage Valley:
Electro – House. ’Nuff said. A solid track that can pretty much destroy every single dance floor around the world. But i feel that it’s not enough. I give it a 7/10, but it’s the worst track in the EP
2. Centipede:
Hmm. Dubstep, 140 BPM and some kind of skrillex sound. But this track is great, especially the intro (Knife Party surely knows how to drop National Geographic). The drop is great, I can head-bang to it for a loong time. 9/ 10, and the third best track of the EP.
3. Bonefire:
What genre is this? Dubstep? 89 BPM Electro – House? I really got no idea, but i just love this song. I can FEEL it! I can feel the bass inside pushing me forward. I would dance to it. I could dance to it. I will dance to it. I want to dance to it. It’s just that great. 10/10
4. Sleaze (feat. MistaJam):
Until they kick us out! Until they kick us out! Until they kick us aut, people move your feet! This song is amasing. Proper dance floor shit. I can’t describe this tune. Perfectly made, and MistaJam is a great MC, even though he only has 2 lines that he basically repeats forever. No comment here. Just great, 10/10. I would buy the EP just for this song. It’s THAT good. There you go folks! The new Knife Party EP is out and it’s huge. Enjoy.
